Fashion cup wings and pets

How do you get wings and pets on this game?! I've been playing for awhile. I am still not able to score high enough to get ribbons, I don't know how to get wings and I don't know how to get pets. I'm about done with the game. Someone please help!

From what I can remember, wings and pets are usually found in the fashion chests.

Mine is not isn't counting food either, I guess I have to send the truck not being finished, first time this happened, hope they fix this issue
