we have no control over Facebook chat. Not everyone around the world
can see it yet, and it seems like Facebook is testing out a new feature.
Even our developer team can't see the new chat feature. Therefore we
cannot address any issues you may be experiencing with it. We can only
suggest that you try to contact Facebook about this new service.
