Cannot login to check ticket status

I had to create a new account to post this, I cannot login to check ticket status and that means I cannot submit a new ticket or try to get help since I can't login with my true account. Vicious cycle, what on earth do I do now? This has been for a few days and I have not gotten an email from my last update on the existing ticket to even try to check into it via email.
